Specific Objectives
Provide theoretical and practical knowledge in Business Administration in order for students to occupy in middle and high level positions in firms and organisations
Acquire professional skills and knowledge conducive to the positions of modern firms and organizations.
Develop leadership skills for rational decision making.
Undergraduate Curriculum: Program Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the program graduates will be able to:
Work productively and effectively in groups, use proper methods and techniques and exploit the technology in order to carry out their duties.
Acquire the ability to communicate and cooperate in a business environment using all the available means of communication.
Recognize, understand and analyze major concepts and theoretical frameworks related to Business Administration (Human Resources Management, Communication, Marketing, Information and Communication Technology, Operations Management - Services, etc)
Use effectively the information and communication technology for handling and processing of data in order to formulate and implement their decision and to curry out with responsibility their duties.
Design and restructure organisational and operational structure operations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the decisions taken and actions implemented and advance strategies for future growth potential in a competitive environment..
• Identify and analyze the behavior of organizational systems taking into account the internal and external factors and apply systemic approaches to assess and implement holistic actions.
• Recognize the added value of innovation and consider its implementation in business operations.
